FN_lewrbm69;3510918ok i was flipping though CNN video files and there is one from CA ware some teens atacked 3 girls (i with hold race fro tiem beeing) the teens 2 boys 1 girl the 2 boys were found guilty the girl not guilty(dont raly knwo the vid was choped up so much) but needless to say there was a protest of ppl out side saygin race was the only reason thay were found guilty. so this is what u haft to deside on u and 2 of ur buddys are taking a walck down the street and a pack of 30 or so ppl start to fallow you and ur buddys then some of them start to though things at you then knock you down and start hitting you baning you up good. 5 months latter a jury says that 2 out of the 3 ppl atacking you and your buddys are guilty do u call it a racist verduict or not just be casue there are 2 ethnisitys involved? would your verduict change if you were to know waht ethnisaty the partys were?Spoiler: Showhow it played out in court is the ppl that were atacked were 3 whit girls and the party alleged attacker (now 2of3 found guilty) were african american.african
Wait, what?!? Excuse me for a minute while I try to run this through Rosetta Stone...
It's not racism in my eyes. First off they committed the crime and should do the time. Secondly, there's no better justice than street justice. ;)
Sounds more sexist to me than rascist.... they may not have had the evidence for the girl... or perhaps she plea bargained to avoid sentencing or something... all I know is that if I was attacked, I wouldn't give a shit about race, I'd just want them all to take responsiblility for what they've done
I can't understand the way the topic starter types.
If he's referring to the Halloween mobbing - that was definitely a hate crime. It was rather pitiful how the father of one of the arrested girls tried to weasel her out. "There's no evidence to show that she hates whites". Well, how about when she was shouting "I hate whites!", while she was kicking a white girl's face in?
Well, I think what FN was trying to say is that is it racist that two of the 3 girls got convicted, and I think he's saying the two black girls were convicted and a white one got released? Correct me if I'm wrong...

Uh, the victims were white. Everyone who assaulted them was black.
I would not doubt for a second that race could have played a big role in his decision. Though it is hard to say if it really was racism in this case without more information. Would rather assume the judge was being fair then believe he was not.
I think I sorta kinda ...not really...get it now. if the girls who did the attacking were convicted, then rightfully so. If they were actually innocent and the judge convicted them because they were black, then it's racism...but from the way it sounds as of now, it was racism on the part of the convicted, not the judge or victims.
