Spoiler: Show

It's not racism in my eyes. First off they committed the crime and should do the time. Secondly, there's no better justice than street justice. ;)

Sounds more sexist to me than rascist.... they may not have had the evidence for the girl... or perhaps she plea bargained to avoid sentencing or something... all I know is that if I was attacked, I wouldn't give a shit about race, I'd just want them all to take responsiblility for what they've done

If he's referring to the Halloween mobbing - that was definitely a hate crime. It was rather pitiful how the father of one of the arrested girls tried to weasel her out. "There's no evidence to show that she hates whites". Well, how about when she was shouting "I hate whites!", while she was kicking a white girl's face in?

Well, I think what FN was trying to say is that is it racist that two of the 3 girls got convicted, and I think he's saying the two black girls were convicted and a white one got released? Correct me if I'm wrong...

Uh, the victims were white. Everyone who assaulted them was black.

I would not doubt for a second that race could have played a big role in his decision. Though it is hard to say if it really was racism in this case without more information. Would rather assume the judge was being fair then believe he was not.

I think I sorta kinda ...not really...get it now. if the girls who did the attacking were convicted, then rightfully so. If they were actually innocent and the judge convicted them because they were black, then it's racism...but from the way it sounds as of now, it was racism on the part of the convicted, not the judge or victims.
