This question I have for you is one that may be a sensitive topic, but I feel the need ask it: How is Joseph Stalin viewed in your history? From what I understand, he is responsible for the deaths of a great many people. However, was he the leader Russia needed at the time of World War II? In games such as Call of Duty, he is referred to as "Great Comrade Stalin." Am I correct in assuming this is no longer the case? What has become of the city of Stalingrad, which your soldiers so bravely defended? Forgive my ignorance of this, but I know little about Russia and it's people, so please enlighten me. What are your views on this subject?

During world war two he was viewed as a great leader, although after his death, nikita kruschev took his place, nikita quickly exposed stalin for what he was simple as that. He revoked the "image" that stalin had built up for himself and even removed stalin's body from lenin's tomb. Nikita also changed Stalingrad to Volgograd in 1960's I think it was 1962.

He no longer has the protrait that he once had.

What do I think? I don't have much of a opinion, Hes not russian so I don't know what sort of view you expect me to have. All I can really say is that hes a fraud, and others could have done a better job during the war then him, like Nikita.

attachment.php?attachmentid=16557&stc=1 Would take too long to find each picture name and then upload them, so this was quicker just to put them all together like this.
