Ye, seen it before. Stupid, but there are many more people like that.
"Gays are infiltrating our city councils."
When using the underlined word, it usually implies that there is a secret motive or movement behind it. (cf. "Fascists/Stalinists are infiltrating Congress").

I believe the above idea is pretty laughable. People who happen to be a certain way or live a certain lifestyle, may not necessarily try to force it on others. The quote could be extended to other things, here's just a short list:

Uncircumcized men, women with short hair, people whose favorite color is yellow, people whose favorite food is hamburgers, people who like rock music

Similiarly, if an Islamic country claimed "Christians are infiltrating our city councils", I would agree on the condition that people are specifically promoting Christian ideas by use of their office. If they are not doing so, then the word "infiltration" is inappropriate and simple agitation.

Considering representatives are not promoting , in this case gay representatives not promoting homosexuality, but equal rights for hetero-, homo- and bisexuals, I conclude that this is simply agitation against gays.

I stopped listening at the moment she said "they're getting our two year olds and indoctrinating them". I'm surprised this woman has such an opinion against indoctrination.

Perhaps the fact that, 'homosexuals are winning elections' is because people realise there's nothing wrong with them, that they're doing a good thing. Maybe if they looked around them without their bubble of delusion they'd understand.

It’s 101 psychology that those with severe homophobias are very insecure with their own sexuality. She's said more about herself then anyone else with her tyrants. Hell, she may even take long bubble baths with Angelina Jolie in mind, who knows, more importantly who cares.

I don't agree with homosexuality. It doesn't congeal well with true world order. However, I don't agree with the exclussion of any individual from a public voice. And I prefer not to listen this woman as she seems highly intolerant of them having a public voice. Our personal ethics are one thing but they shouldn't always intersect in politics.
