I didn't mean "your" I mean generally "your" being anybody who doesn't give their kids The Talk.

By all means, if kids can't figure out to use contraception, they are most likely failing school.

First off, http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_957945.html?menu=news.quirkies.sexlife. Try saying that with a mouthful of mushrooms :p. No, it's a link, and it goes places. I posted it as a joke in General, never did I realise it would have a purpose...

They don't take that responsibility because they're *retards*.

Secondly, go and eat your own face. Call my retards parents again and you'll spend the next three years trying to get my shoe from... oh wait, I just called them retards. STFU! My parents didn't give 'the talk' because we're BRITISH. 'The Talk' is an American phenomenon that makes the rest of the world laugh a little when we see it in movies. We don't talk about such things, unless you're a teenager with overloading hormones! Or drunk. The day parents start discussing sex casually with their children is the day the world comes to an end. You don't even mention the word around them! Unless, of course, they're the people who actually think they're American and so then it's OK. Those people who think those teenage girls are accurate representations of everyone American, and start like inserting unnecessary 'likes' into like everything. I mean, OMG, whatever. Like, my sister does that. But I'm like rambling now, OK. Thankfully for my parents it was the school who taught us completely irrelevant facts and left us to figure it all out on our own anyway.

Come to think of it, if it was compulsary for parents to talk about sex to their kid, I think teenage pregnancy would actually go into minus figures. You wouldn't WANT to have sex for the next 15 years!

Most high school girls in America are retards, which is why we have so much sex over here.

Sex education is good thing, i learned some stuff about sexual transmitable diseases in the last 2 classes of primairy school. We already knew how babies etc. came to be and the words like penis and vagina where already know for quite some years too. But it made me realise back then that sex isn't only fun but also carries some risks. In the first or second year of secundairy school we learned about sex in more detail on biology lessons: about womens periods, wat periods are, why they happens etc. so about everything (and in detail) about sex, reproduction, abortion, preservatives (in quite sime detail) etc. So i think sex education is a good thing it makes people aware of the risks involved, how to minimize the risks etc. I don't think that it will rize the number of teenage pregnancies, because people now know the risks and the troubles of having a baby during your teenage years. I heard that the numbers have rissen however but i think that that is because of a change in mentallity: teenagers can get away with more and more things these days then 50 years ago. Sex is also a part of this, kids can get away with it so the numbers have rissen, if the schools stop giving sex education then i'm sure the number of teenages pregancis and sexual transmitable diseases will rise.

It's not my fault in Europe sex is taboo and only the schools are allowed to hold the holy hand grenade of sex education. roll%20eyes%20%28sarcastic%29.gif I do like your sense of humor, though, if that's any consolation.

I think it's a good thing it's taboo. Someone has to keep a sense of decency alive... I just don't think sex is the sort of thing that should be discussed so casually. Except, obviously, with the person you do it with.

Well I never learned about sex in books. My parents sat me down when I was 13 and talked to me, like I didn't know anything before:D . I havn't had sex, and don't plan to until I am 18.

kinda off topic, but you see? It is killing life! It is murder! The babies are people.

I completly agee with you sporky. It is murder, and it is wrong. Society is killing eachother enough without legaizing murder. How far will we go? When you get to old or get altimers will it be ok to abort you? Will abortions become standard to minimize the population? Any way back to the topic.
