I agree to some level, but if you are insulted over and over and over again and people are telling you that you are such a huge failure you will very likly get depressed. And this could lead to a varity of things: you could get socials problems (feel lonly, lose contact with other ppl), stay home for weeks because you just can't work anymore, maybe you even consider or actually commit suicide. If swearing leads to bullying things will go wrong. Using swears now and then is ok but repeatingly flame somebidy might get him into troubles. Words do hurt.

at the end of the day, they are words. No real harm comes from it But i personaily think people who swear at people all the time just have poor verbal skills

People who swear all the time in my opinion prove they are incapable of coming up with real thoughts. No, I am not talking about adding a fuck you every once in a while. I am talking about the white trash trailor park women, and men, splurring stupid, useless crap out of their mouths. "Man fuck you motha fucking ass fucking queer. Fuck face. I should kiilll youuuu mother fucker." Get my drift?

Even so, cussing has become very popular here in the states. Like saying fuck after every sentence is a fad. Hopefully it will die out like that bling bling stuff did.

I think it just depends on what you think is the limit. Its not that people who swear have a "lower vocabulary". For example, most mormans have a rule against swearing, well, that doesnt really mean they have a bigger vocabulary than me.

Unless you've dropped a hammer on your toe, I don't think it's needed. To me, it just makes people sound less intelligent when they use swear words in normal conversation.

The thing is, when you are used to swearing so you don't care, YOU end up swearing. And people that are still sensitive to those bad words are offended.

People who swear to much often leave a very unintelligent impression. Other than that I'm not too bothered with it myself, but other people might take offence. And it's only a small trouble not to swear, so why would you in the first place?
