No, i don't think the winnings are as high. Plus, it's more like people feeling threatened by their neighbors garden gnomes or something.

Oh ya...America is sue happy. I read an article about a guy that sued Dodger Stadium because it was ladies night and he did not get a some sort of cheap plastic purse they only gave the women.

yes, many things have stoped for fear of a lawsuit. its crazy, millions goes into bullshit suits every year. two women sued mcdonalds for makeing them fat. you hear of so many dumb cases. its kinda ruins our culture, could you imagine lawsuit happy americans haveing some kind of festival with bulls running through streets like in spain?

I have a good question, has anyone ever sued Wally-World? (Wal-Mart) I mean, suing them (and winning) is like winning a world-wide lottery! I'd die happy if that were true.:) Seriously though, in this case Target is the one to blame, big companies may have people everywhere, but they're still not above the law!

It is up to the business if they want their website to be handicap accessible or not. Our judicial system is a crock.
