FOXNews.com - Congresswoman Raises Red Flag on Hezbollah-Cartel Nexus on U.S. Border

Iran is known to train, support, and equip Hezbollah and to a lesser extent Hamas.

Hezbollah has had known ties to South American drug cartels for some time.

Now it looks like Hezbollah has built ties with the Mexican drug cartels on the US-Mexico border.

With the US-Mexico border for all intents and purposes either open or patrolled by small groups of lightly armed troops this seems like the recipe for a very bad situation.

Seems like the combat zone may soon move to the US southern border states.

What was that Chinese curse? "May you live in interesting times".

Me thinks its about to get a whole lot more interesting.

Yes, Hizballah is known for having some organized groups in America. If we'll go to war with Iran, we'll probably fight Hizballah in Lebanon, too. This terror groups is more dangerous than Hamas, they have more rockets, and their rockets are more advanced (Iran has Russian rockets, so Hizballah has some too). So yeah, these are interesting times. Don't think for a moment that this war is about what they call "occupied Palestine", because this war is really, against the West. Israel is just an excuse for such groups to use violence against whoever they want. Remember what people told me when I said, in my first topic, that terror is everywhere? They told me that "everywhere" is only in the Mid-East. They were wrong. If you Americans want to save your future, do not let Hizballah to enter your land, seriosuly, you don't want them. Hey NiteStryker, what did you say about not caring about my country's problems? They are your problems too, and you can't do shit against this fact. That all said, the US army is (still) strong enough to destroy every single Hizba-Shit that wants to act against the US, so I say, destroy Hizballah just like we did in 2006. America, don't be Europe, don't give up to these fuckers, no matter what they'll do or say. In the begining they only use money from drugs to buy rockets, but the next thing you know, Mexico has turned into a new Iran. You don't want that, neither do I, so please, have no mercy on these terrorists. I'm serious. I usually don't tell the Americans what to do, because you people just piss me off, but now it's important. I know what Hizballah rockets are. So tell the Mexicans to kick the terrorists out of their land (but not into your land ;) ), because if not, you will suffer.

I would say Mexico is now more like Somalia, a weak ineffective corrupt Government that cannot even defend itself let alone its people and in the meantime Drug gangs and cartels are running rampant.

Its a breeding ground that Al Qaeda and Hezbollah are comfortable and very at home with.

It really seems like a bad idea on the Mexican drug cartels' part. Terrorism is still a higher priority than illegal drugs. It's just going to cause the US to allocate more resources to combating them. That would be bad for business.

It seems Hezbollah can share its guerrilla tactics, bomb making skills, and tunnel making skills with the cartels in exchange for drug money which goes to finance their operations in Lebanon against Israel.

What bothers me is there is evidence that Islamic extremists have crossed into the USA from Mexico. Gods only knows what they will do here until they do it.

If anyone heard about the 17 Afghan Air Force pilots sent to USA for training and to learn English almost all have gone to Canada and majority are asking political asylum.

I wonder if the decision to use drones on the US/Mexico border is related to this.

Who can blame them, everyone loves getting Latin American drug money to secretly fund their various causes, the CIA does it to combat those nasty socialists and Hezbollah do it to fund their fight against Israel, which I personally think is a less bad cause.

Interesting. It's in the drug gang's interests that Mexico not be used as a base against America, which means it's in the US's interests to keep drugs illegal in America. Yet on the other hand if they legalise them they'll devastate a lot of the funding.

IsraelNationalNewsCongresswoman Fears Hizbullah ‘Israel-Like Bombings’ in US

by Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu

A Republican Congresswoman has warned that Hizbullah terrorists, hooked up with Mexican drug cartels, may be planning ”Israel-like bombings” against customs officials or National Guard units on the U.S. border.

North Carolina legislator Sue Myrick wrote Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, urging a task force "to engage U.S. and Mexican law enforcement and border patrol officials about Hizbullah's presence, activities, and connections to gangs and drug cartels."

Echoing previous reports of Hizbullah’s activity in the profitable drug trade, Myrick wrote, "The connection between Hizbullah and the drug cartels has seemed to grow over the past few years. This may be especially true on the U.S. southern border.

“Across states in the Southwest, well trained officials are beginning to notice the tattoos of gang members in prisons are being written in Farsi. We have typically seen tattoos in Arabic, but Farsi implies a Persian influence that can likely be traced back to Iran and its proxy army, Hizbullah. These tattoos in Farsi are almost always seen in combination with gang or drug cartel tattoos.”

Myrick also warned that the United States may face terror tunnels, similar to those Hizbullah used in the Second Lebanon War against Israel in 2006. Noting that the terrain along the American-Mexican border is similar to Israel’s, she wrote, “Hizbullah is extremely skilled in the construction of tunnels. Israel has time and again found Hizbullah tunnels leading into Israel, some of which are large enough to accommodate trucks. Likewise, …intelligence officials say that the drug cartels, in an effort to dig larger and more effective tunnels, are employing the expertise of Hizbullah.

Federal government documents have shown that that the United States apprehended two Syrians and 17 Iranians over a 12-month period ending this past April. Also nabbed at the border were dozens of others from other Muslim countries, including Sudan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

Texas border agents have discovered illegal immigrants with an Arabic clothing patch that reads “martyr” according to the current National Review. (IsraelNationalNews.com)

I was right. Hizballah is not better than Al - Qaeda, and in fact they are of a more dangerous stream of Islam (they're Shi'a, Al - Qaeda is Sunni), so be prepared for some "little surprises". Or grow a brain already and attack them NOW, before they'll become too strong. Yes, I am suggesting another war, and it's because they're not only "somewhere in the Middle-East", but now they're also in your lands endangering your people. Mr. Obama, if you think that some pretty words will effect such an organization, get the fuck out of the white house (and visit the doctor, he misses you).
