This popped up as one of my news apps things it thought I may like:

Protesters have flung fish into the River Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament this morning in a demonstration against the Government's Brexit transition deal.

Fishermen and Tory MPs took part in the protest after the Government caved to demands from Brussels that Britain remain in the Common Fisheries Policy until 31 December 2020.

Is this a government or a fucking schoolyard. Christ.

And how exactly is dumping fish into water going to make Parliament rejoin the European Union? This plan obviously was not given any thought.

They might as well have washed their laundry at a laundromat to teach North Korea to give up nuclear weapons....

I think it's probably a symbolic thing as Brexit will kill a lot of the fishing trade I imagine?

Opposite it seems, the protesters don't like the the conservative government has caved to some demands from Brussels. These symbolic moves are a bit silly though, surely a picket line would be more effective and less wasteful.

It's just childish pandering to those who are stupid enough to listen.

Among the slippery, slimey bastards, they seem to have forgotten to lob Nigel Farage in there too. Fucker could've done with a cold bath in the Thames. Might make him less of a condescending cunt.

It has killed ALL trade. For one thing, everything you might buy has had import tariffs applied to the price, which has made everything more expensive. And for another, you might actually run out of stock on something imported, such as the shortage of lettuce, which was imported from Spain, LETTUCE.

Being part of the European Union kept trade fees to an absolute minimum, which kept prices affordable. The company benefited, you benefited. and the entire Eurozone benefited. This is why the Eurozone exists in the first place, for a united economy that benefits everyone involved. Now, import tariffs and fees is hurting everyone, all because David Cameron used a coin toss to decide on leaving or staying.
