Inner Demonpills are recommended? Alot of my dreams are weird too, but I never remember them when I wake up.

I just noticed this post. Does anyone else find it funny that he knows his dreams are weird yet he never remembers them when he wakes up?:p

Checkity Check urself, before you Wreckity Wreck urself people! :D

I think it's common for people to go long periods without dreams, I think it's is often because the person is going through an extended period of emotion that is non-changing, eg. Constant depression, contentedness.

I have a reoccuring dream of going to school and realize that I forgot to put on my jeans or skirt. I'm dressed on the top part, but as like I look down I notice I'm only in my underwear. It is a big shock to me and I wonder how come no one informed me on the bus on the way to school. I panic and try my best to look normal. Usually I notice this in homeroom or in the hallway. One dream I ran to the restroom and wrapped myself in papertowel and made me a short skirt. I then walked to my 1st period class and a group of girls came up to me and said I was getting comments from other girls saying..."wow Jill...I never seen that fashion before...sort of risque huh?" I wanted to leave school but kept on getting distracted. I also dream of flying. I flap my arms and it takes a lot of effort to get airborne. I only fly like 10 feet offf the ground...flapping like a mad girl. I also dream that I'm underwater swimming and I realise that I can breath underwater. I think to myself...gosh...all the times I was holding my breath was for nothing. I also have a crazy dream where I have a gun and need to shoot it but the trigger is too hard to pull..so I can't shoot the gun.

So your saying that if your emotions/moods are often changing, then you will have alot of dreams/you might remember them?

That makes since, because I don't remember having dreams the last few weeks. Must be because my emotions/moods have stayed the same.

I usually remember my dreams if I wake up. Sometimes I remember a dream during the day when I do something that reminds me of something I dreamed and it all comes back to me.

I havn't remembered any dreams for the past couple of years. The last dream I can remember dreaming(though there may be others I have since forgotton) was when I was little I once had a nightmare about being on a boat going up a river while there were skeletons on the opposite banks just sort of being... people. They just sat around, smoked their pipes, rocekd in their chairs.

Yet for some reason I was scared pissless by it.

I know that the dream was definitely weird, because i remember flashes of it, then the second I wake up, I can only remember like brief information about the dream. trust me, i'm just as sane as you.

You could be having these dreams beacuse you're stressed about somthing. Or beacuse ,as PB2au said, You're having a disruptive, REM cycle. During the summer, i would sleep 12 hours one day and 2 the next, and had ahole lot of freaky dreams. Now that i'm back in school i'm more regulated, and sleep(and dream) more normaly.

My sleep patterns make absolutely no sense, and my dreams are definately affected by it. However I don't mind that part at all, I really enjoy strange dreams, and even frightening ones, for the most part. If I remember them right after waking up, I usually try to write them down, lest I eventually forget them completely.
