"Now Virgin to offer trips to space"

http://edition.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/europe/09/27/branson.space/index.html

What will they think of next? For only $200,000US(and I thought virgin were cheap:p ) you could be flying over earth by as early as 2008.

Well, I could never go for that price but I would love to, maybe when im like 40 or something it will be more common and can fly there for a $1000 or something(I hope so:) )

What do you think about it? Do you think it will be common and planes like 747's be taken over by orbital travel, in time?

Don't want to go into space for 5 minutes. I want to go to Jupiter. Don't want much else out of life. I should've been born a few years late. I knew I should've held on a little longer...

I think it is great Rinchard Branson is pioneering commerical flights into space. I'd love to go if I had the money.

It'll get cheaper and better as time passes.

I'll just wait until im 32, and then hop onto a shuttle and blast off.
