CHAKABush? BUSH??? the lesser of the evils? ack. your other two candidates must REALLY suck.

No. Why would I vote for someone who I do not agree with on anything? Even if George W. Bush isn't doing the job a lot of people like, he is still doing the job for a lot of other people. He is a little too right wing, but I would rather be getting my taxes cut for the next four years, since I am going to be in the work force, then deal what my dad did in the Clinton administration and get taxed to where almost half my paycheck goes to uncle Sam. As for the war, I agree with the war. The war is the single point why many people dislike president Bush in Europe, in my opinion. If we did not go to war, I don't think he would be as disliked as he is now.

I we did not go to war, America would only appear in business reports and any political scandals, as before. Many people in Europe probably wouldn't even know who he is. Hell, many people don't. Maybe even in America . My sister's knowledge of Tony Blair is that 'he's important', and she only knows that from 2DTV. I'll bet you expect her to vote as well when she's old enough...

People not voting is a big problem, but forcing people to vote would only make the results that more random.

"Duuuuh, that guy had a pretty color next to him, lets vote him into office"

Well, if Hitler never started a war, he wouldn't have been as disliked as he is now.

If you decide to enforce mandatory voting, then do you also get to deny the right to vote? I could definitely see a voting license as a good thing. Otherwise, I side with Glasius on this one.

A voting license, similar to a driver's license might prove beneficial ..... to lessen the impact of uniformed/ignorant votes

No one should be "forced" to vote .....
