we all think that Jesus was the messiah, right (except Jews and Athiests) well what if he really was an agent of the devil, I'm not saying he is or was, I'm just saying what if think about it had Jesus not introduced christianity, there would be no Dark Ages or Crusades, no corruption of the Catholic church, no religous conflicts in Europe, no Conquistadors trying to make the Latinos belive their religon, there would be no persecution of Catholics or Protestants, no Holocost, there wouldn't ber a war in Iraq think about it, Jesus must have known that people would kill in his name, no matter what he said, but what if he wanted it that way after all, all the stories of the devil show him being kind and telling people what they want to hear, while he really tricked them into doing stupid things, and then they realise their foolishness too late what if Jersus was another of his plots? note: I'm not really saying its true, I'm just saying what if

Jacen Solo's ThoughtsIf the Gods are so close at hand, and the galaxy at war, this must be how they want it...

Amazing how religion seems to me, to cause almost all major conflicts when you think about it (major as in, thousand-year long reverberations).

1. Muslims don't consider Jesus to be the messiah either. 2. If Jesus was an agent of the devil that 40 days and 40 nights crap wouldn't be a story. 3. Jesus didn't introduce Christianity, a bunch of ignorant men did. 4. The Church would still be corrupt. 5. God always has been, and always will be, a cause of death. Religious conflict doesn't occur because people believe in Jesus, religious conflict occurs because people believe in God.

Some of those points are also simply ludicrous. No Holocaust if Jesus was an instrument of the devil? Riiight....

The one benefit if Jesus had been a tool of the devil? I wouldn't have to see those stupid 'What Would Jesus Do?' bracelets...

except that if you believe in one, you have to believe in the other..... so it just wouldn't make sense, because if he was the person that came, the rest of it would have to be discounted.

there would be no Dark Ages or Crusades,

Why would there have been no Dark Ages?

2. If Jesus was an agent of the devil that 40 days and 40 nights crap wouldn't be a story.

What forty days and forty nights?

Amazing how religion seems to me, to cause almost all major conflicts when you think about it (major as in, thousand-year long reverberations).

What about the Battle of Hastings?

no religous conflicts in Europe, no Conquistadors trying to make the Latinos belive their religon, there would be no persecution of Catholics or Protestants, no Holocost, there wouldn't ber a war in Iraq

Why? The religious incentives for Christians for conflict have always been "God wills it" not "jesus wills it"

Jesus stayed in the desert for forty days and forty days and forty nights without food, then the devil came and tempted him

You know, if he were still alive after those forty days, I'm not really surprised he had hallucinations.

Well you have to look outside of the box, things aren't always as they appear. The world isn't colored in Black and White.
