Shouldn't that guy lodge for appeal? If i where him i would do so until i couldn't appeal anymore. He could ask for a second test to prove that the DNA test was incorrect. I know that the articel sais that the technics where not that advanced yet but still...
That really sucks...
He should get a lot of money from the crime lab or the state or whatever.
