I would love to have the government in 100% control of my Healthcare because they are so good at everything else. Take a look at the public school systems, they have done a bang up job there. After that I hope to have them doing everything for me so I will have no responsibilities in my own life. "I don't need to do that myself, the gov't will do it for me!"

I am for small gov't, not a larger one....

National Healthcare can only lead to a serious drop in over all patient care as it is an excuse for doctors to charge more for any service outside of the the whole, check up or vaccination visits which would be pretty much the only things covered by said healthcare.

Come on, you can do better than that.

Here's my attempt: I strongly disagree with the idea of national heatlh-care. It is self-evident that any task carried out by a government will be less effective than one carried out by private companies and it doesn't stop there: governments do not have to fear a collpase of the system the government itself is guaranteed to continue to exist, private companies however have an interest in self-survival and, especially in a competitive environment, the need to cut costs. Besides, forcing people to pay for an insurance which anyway only covers basic treatment is a reduction in liberty of the citizens. By using the funds for national heatlh-care to subsidize private organizations it would be possible to give average citizens the ability to invest in a better private heatlhcare-insurance, while mainting the free-market advantage of incentives for people to earn more money to be able to invest into even better healthcare.

I'll better stop now or I will convince myself of the opposite of what I believe.

Here's my attempt: Sarcasm is an incredibly effective method of being respected in an internet forum because it proves to all other members that you are mature, smart, and able to succesfully and intelligently debate on all matter of subjects. It is the best way to not adhere with the structure of posts in a topic, because it allows you to argue your point in a completely justified and intelligent way while simultaneously impressing everyone with your mastery of wit and insight.

Your opinion is highly valued by me and I will take it into consideration in order to better myself as a human being. In the future I will not use sarcasm to convey my point becuase most people on the internet are not smart enought to decern the meaning behind the sarcasm.

I have learned a valuable lesson today.

I am against nationalized healthcare because my taxes shouldn't be spend on useless parasites.

We have more important things to deal with. We should use the money to fight those terrorists who don't believe in our Christian values.

My god, I did it! Amen!
