Younger women (20-302 or younger) should not, in my opinion, be allowed to be teachers. Not only will they recive less respect from faculty, being young, but the students as well. Think about it, if you have a young, attractive 20-year-old female teacher in a classroom full of adolecent males, what do you think is going to be going on there? They will probobly be thinking more about gettiung laid at that moment than what the teacher has to teach. Not to mention, it will downgrade the respect she gats from them if all they see is some "hottie", and respect, epsecially in high schools, is essebtial for a teacher to have. I actually had someone say to be about my 22-year-old english teacher recently; "Hey, don't you think Ms. Rothwell is hot" If all the guys are doing is getting erections and thinking about banging thier teacher, do you think much learning will be done?

If that is truly a problem with people, no offense, but they are weak mentally. It will be their own fault if they fail. If they can't control themselves, too bad. I don't see any problem. :uhm:

If that is a problem, why not just get rid of all females from a school? I guess the same could be said about male teachers and female students, couldn't it?

No, female students are less likley to think about that. You know its true. And I know guys will always think about the students, but that is WAY better than them thinking it about the teacher. Respect, remember?

20-302? or did you mean 20-32

they can still teach you cant put an age limit for teaching and those teachers dont have to teach high school they can teach elementary school

but i had a teacher who was about 21 lol one student asked her out (only as a joke) but she was a cool teacher

so you cant put an age limit for teaching

if you made the limit for teaching 32 then you wouldnt have any more women teachers because they would all get a different job and they wouldnt quit that to go teach and i doubt that something like that would ever even be brought up espically with the affermative action

lol. sorry, I meant 20-30

and I guess your right, at least partially, so let me revise that, women 20-30 shouldn't teach highschool.

I had a spanish teacher my junior year of high school who was about 22. She was a great teacher, even though she was hot. I learned more in that class than in any other spanish class (I took 4 years of spanish in high school). So, basically, TheMirage, I disagree with you.

Maybe males think about it more often, but, still, females think about it also... And by it, I hope you know what I mean. You say "If all the guys are doing is getting erections and thinking about banging thier teacher, do you think much learning will be done" this still applies to female students, does it not? If you get rid of 'attractive 20-30 year old teachers', then I guess to "calm the erections and the thoughts of 'banging'" you should aslo get rid of the female students, correct? I'm not sure if thinking about the female students vs the teachers is a 'way different thing' in my mind wouldn't it be the exact same thing except the teacher is a little older?
