Well I figured that either you or pro would be able to recover it (and all his stats...)

Guys, stop bitching at Pro and Phenix (and I suppose madmanfrommars too...) remember this whole organisation is voluntary, people give what time they have to do the best they can. Just grin and bear it.

But while we complain, any ideas when the webmail will be back up again?

I agree with sparky, they devote more time then they need to too this, and alot of it is making even really small things that only affect the staff better, so we should give them a break. (Sorry if everything I just said made no sense.)

Yea, it took a month just to get the new OPS v2 user system built. I cant speak for Pro-Filer but I same say safly that the OPS v2 user system is the most complex user system I have ever seen. It is far more complex the phpNuke, possiblity far more complex than vBulletin.

After extenvise beta testing of it we still have a bug.

The little things like OPS v2 displaying all times in your local time took like 2/3 hours to get to work nicely!

Most likely OPS v2 wont be fully complete for a year, howerver it will become better.

I know we said this last chirstmas, but there is a lot of chances happening at FilesNetwork next year. you're allready getting the benefit from the new OPS v2 user system, then bring in all the brand spanking new features and its going to be super esay to admin a site. You wanna disable comments on PotD's then u just change that setting in OPS v2, you wanna disable potD uploads, same again.

The little things which you guys will take for grantued take the longest.

well, it's less of an issue of dropping everything to fix things right away, and more of an issue of atleasting having the common courtesy of getting a response. We work for free too, and it gets annoying when someone can't take 30 seocnds over a 24 hr period to answer an ICQ message, especialy when they're online when it's sent. It's rude. You can't be that damn busy. Now I'm not the kind of guy that quits the minute things start to suck, but people aren't going to want to volunteer to run things at filesnetwork if they're goiong to be ignored on a regular basis when stuff goes wrong.

Speaking of which, I need the bCfiles acces for firefly and trunks deleted. They both quit and I can't delete them from regular ops cuz the user admin is at ops 2 and wont do me any good here. I plan on hiring someone too, I suppose I'll be running into the same problem.

Ok, Firslty mr account might be online, doesnt mean I'm there!

And nobody can delete users atm apprat from me and profiler. And if you read your emails, cos I know you dont. I sent an email to all staff saying login to ops v2 asap. two weeks later you still hadnt logged into OPS v2

And if you even bother to read stuff you know the OPS v2 user system is in control of both FN OPS and the new OPS!

o those two have been deleted

Okay. If anyone's account has been deleted, e-mail me: Madmanfrommars@filesnetwork.com. Tell me what access you should have to what sites.

I can't do anymore then that.
