Hi :) I'm having a problem with my copy of The Sims Deluxe. I previously installed it (along with Makin' Magic) and have played it before. I stayed away from it for a while, then today I decided to play it again. Somehow I lost my Magic CDs so I unistalled Makin' Magic and Deluxe and reinstalled Deluxe. Everything seemed to install well, autoplay came up for me to play it, I chose my resolution and it started. It got to the end of the loading process, then the screen went black (this is where the game would usually start) and it took me back to the desktop. Can anyone help me figure this out? I don't think it's a memory issue because it was previously installed.

I don't know.. It's worked before and I never disabled anything. I tried unistalling it and reinstalling it but I'm getting the same thing. I ended the processes and background programs and disabled my antivirus stuff but it's still not working.
I figured it out. I didn't completely unistall my Makin' Magic. I feel stupid, lol. At least it works now.
