Hmmm, this is a Windows XP problem and since the sims came out a year earlier than Windows XP it has no built-in support, nor does it support Windows 2000, which was out at the time. Considering that XP was built on 2000, it shouldn't work (in theory). Weather or not the sims will work for you on XP depends on your hardware and software configuration. @ Sugar: In your case try this - Go to your WINDOWS folder, open the repair folder, copy the autoexec.nt and config.nt files then paste those in your system32 folder, overwriting any existing files.
:D Thanks that worked! YAY!!! So happy!! ^_^ Thanks! ----- Life is like a rollercoaster. Its got its ups and downs.
