Hello all. sorry if this topic has already been discussed, I didn't want to have to search through all the threads. Over break, my brother came home from college, and we ended up buying The Sims 2. We installed it on my computer, out of convenience, and have been playing it on here. My question is this: my brother wants to take the game and put it on his computer instead, but he wants to try and have the same character. he wants to know which files he will need to move. We thought about moving the entire folder the game installs into "My Documents", but he told me that would take up more space than a CD-R could hold. We were hoping to find out which files are truly necessary to move in order to save characters/neighborhoods.

It will fit on a cd-r, just copy the folder eagames/sims2 and replace it when the game is installed & it should be fine :)
