Hay All, I do not know why the sound is super choppy during game play. The sound echoes and such. I've done every check possible but do not know where to go to fix w/e the problem is. Any Help is appericated, Thanks, Chris.

Yeah, my friend had that problem. the biggest thing is ofcourse to check your speed and background processes. this is simple, and moslty clears things up. Besides, you might have a bad install. My friend got that because of his CD drive not installing it correctly. try reinstalling. Also, if you have expansions (SW, RTR) make sure to run the updates before installing. This has caused issues. If that doesn't work tell me.

How fast is your computer? When I first got the game my computer had a 927 mhz proc. and the sound was an echoing boom, like that of a slow machine gun. Voices were extremely choppy. That could be your problem.

What soundcard do you use?Try updating drivers. You could also try reducing hardware accelleration and sound quality.Also try reducing the sound quality from the ingame options. Let us know how you get on.
