I wanted to download the Quake 4 demo. It gets itself to 234mbs out of 245mbs, then stops. I hit resume, nothing. I hit resume again, it says it finished but the ending file was 24kbs. I try downloading it again, this time it got itself to 160 and then stops. I'm trying it this last time. If it doesn't work this time, I'm giving up.

Anyone know anything about Quake 4? Is it good enough to buy, if I get the chance? Or would DooM 3 be better?

Well, after trying two more times on PlanetMirror, all failing, I thought of FileFront...and what do you know, it works.

I was surprised, actually. I didn't think the game would even work on my PC. It does, on low quality, and I got about 25-30 FPS. Very playable.

One problem, though, was when I joined a server, it wouldn't let me move sometimes. I wasn't lagging - I could still see what was going on around me -, I just couldn't move. Very annoying.
