To be perfectly honest, I think it's great that the media has pushed it so far. Mainly 'cause it'll make thing better for me, as I won't have to look at all the 'fat' chicks 'cause, well, they're not exactly eyecandy most of the time.

But, yeah, 'skinny' isn't good, either. I think you've missed the point. Women need curves; which is gained through a healthy exercise program. No one expects a girl to be on front of Vogue, but they should look nice. It's the same thing for guys; "ideally" girls like us for our six-packs and muscles. It's the way of things. Even though the physical aspect is not as great in women, it's usually present in some form.

To bring up something a bit unrelated; usually when I go to the gym, I hardly ever see girls working out. If I see a girl, I find that all she's doing is walking on the treadmill. Why girls don't work out with weights escapes me, 'cause, well, I'm sure most guys can recognize looking at a girl with a t-shirt on, or something, and then noticing that her arms lack any muscular shape. That is to say, her arms' completetly flat due to, well, fat. It happens to normal chicks, as well, 'cause they usually don't work out their arms, but I find it more appealing when there's at least some sort of shape.

But, yeah.
