Welcome to this evening's culinary delight (I wish  - I have done very little other than complete a level of Fire Captain. I have always wondered why they do not make more games based on accurate modelling of fire disasters? How come most games center around the army but very few tackle this other challenging role? Fire Captain for those that don't know is an RTS based game. I always thought there should be an arcade like FPS firefighter game. However I have to admit that the experience of battling a fire incident of a large scale in real time works best as an RTS.)

NB: What follows is mostly an excuse to practice getting usable results with the crappy camera element of my PDA.

Anyway here is the protein component of the meal :uhm: 1117389138.jpgI know that the image could do with 'levels' being corrected in Photoshop or the like. (If you want to show me how its done then by all means take the images & do with them as you please. :D)

That on the top right is brown sauce (The best of the brown sauces in my opinion - not that I am a huge fan of it - just that if you are to have some then you sould go for 'OK Fruity Sauce' - I know it sounds camp but that is what it is called. No BS.) On the lower left is what is supposed to be a Thai hot sauce. This is questionable as what it is, no doubt, is industrialised, high in sugar, sweet & sour 'sauce' with some chilli. A fact confirmed by a quick glance at the ingredients. :P

Here is the vitamin minerals & carbohydrate: 1117389225.jpg

I have a knack for making meals which lack visual appeal - but on the whole they are flavourful & an effective compound of the flavours present: 1117389225.jpg1117389281.jpg1117389286.jpg In case you cannot make out - it is pasta (2 types, spinach colored noodles -tagliatelli- & penne), then green beans, carrots, leek, 2 mild large chillies, peas, sweet corn, runner beans, tomato & mushrooms fried with some white-wine vinegar & dry sherry.

Yeah so there we are.

All of the meal other than 2 of the fish sticks had been consumed by the time I had sync'ed the memory on the PDA with the PC via USB2 port & uploading of the images & completed this post.

I hope your meal was as nutritous, & more compelling than mine :-D

Why don't you post some pics of your favourite foodstuffs & most nutritious meals?

(No don't. Really.)

Fucking love this post. Has to be the first & only one undertaking cookery as a topic on the whole of GF to date! I challenge anyone to prove otherwise! Muah hahahahaaaa!

Take it too seriously & you are a fool. Don't give it the deference it deserves & you are a cretin.
