It's Mee-kha-eel.

The 'kh' is like the German 'ch' or the 'ch' in 'loch', or even a hard 'H' sound.

No, that's Mikhail, Mihail can be pronouced as Me-hail or Me-ha-eel, depending on the manner of conversation.

A lot of Russians can't really pronounce the letter "H". They usually say something like "g" (as in "goat") instead of it :)

Михаил is how it is spelled in Russian. The 'x' is transliterated 'kh' into English.
