And it's not because I feel guilty or worried. I just...don't get tired. But then I pass out mid-afternoon of the next day. Does this happen to anyone else? If so, how do you deal with it?
depends what you do during the day/night, me i find i sleep worse if i just sit around all day not doing much, if i go out get some exercise even just a short walk helps
Thinking about it.
If I can't sleep I usually try and think up a story. My stories are so boring that I usually fall asleep before too long.

go for a walk or run an hour or two before you want to go to bed... ooorrr make sure you dont sleep in the afternoon.
