Unfortunately, it's not an edition à la Loeb. I could get one of those if you send me 30 euros... :p

However, as soon as I read it and discover where it is mentioned (liber I? II?), finding it on the internet (on http://www.thelatinlibrary.com/ for example) shouldn't be hard. First a history of the British empire and Catullus...
