A month ago I sprained my left knee playing floor hockey in gym. Then track started and after a week I developed shinsplints. I can't miss any of the practices, especially on workout days. Besides, the head coach is not someone you should appear like a slacker to. In the last week I believe I might also have developed a "mild" form of compartment syndrome in the inside part of the left shin area. First meet is next week, and I have no clue what I can do without having myself look like an idiot and getting a 17 second 100 meter or something. :uhoh:

sorry, that was a bit too humorus, what i would do is just do my best. or u could just explain to the coach about it and see what happens
