Yes, the CIA and NSA had multiple sattelites tracking the tree. As the tree fell multiple field agents distinctly heard the falling of that tree.

I do not believe so. Sound is only what your brain intrerprets from vibration patterns in the air. The falling tree will make those, but not sound its self. Sound is only what you (read: your brain) makes it.
