Is Chilean Churrasco better? In southern Brazil it's almost a rule to eat churrasco every sunday. That and drinking Chimarrão every day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mate_(beverage)) I've heard that the best churrasco comes from Uruguay. I wouldn't doubt that. Unfortunately, the coal we get here in Santos (Southeastern Brazil) is not as good as the one in the southern region, which means the churrasco is not as good.
