So yesterday me and my buddy were slinging around our town's downtown waiting for the city event to start later the night. We're walking down the street when this older white gentleman standing outside a bank asks us to help him with his phone.

He pulled out this pre paid flip phone, typed in his friend's cell phone #, then asked us what to do next.

I realized today it's 2013 and that man did not know how to operate a cellphone. It's always been you push the green button. It wasn't even a crack head or a meth addict or anything either. It's a normal average joe older man who just came out of a nice bank. I mean jESUS. We're living in the fucking future basically, and this dude didn't even know how to make a call on a cellphone.

JesUS CHRIST

If you think that's bad, I saw somebody using a telephone booth the other day.

For sex, not a phone call, but still - a bit retro.

Technically we're living in the past, Authuran, not the future. The things we see have to be processed in our mind before we realise they're happening. Albeit a very small process, like not even worth bringing up. BUT I DID.

I can't remember the last time I've even seen a phone booth.

They're all gone.

Hopefully someone's put some in a museum for future today's generation to wonder at.

When in doubt, gas it!
