How to manipulate your wife/girlfriend & make her stop flying around your head on a broom. A short time ago, I pulled a joke on my wife; right before I went out of town. Long story short; she had to change her cell number because people were calling her to buy some non-existent dogs. Here’s how I fixed it: Trip to the jeweler - 1 tennis bracelet Trip to the cell phone store - 1 upgraded cell phone with all the bells & whistles When you want to get out of trouble, you must buy 2 gifts; very important for the positive results that you want. Gave her the bracelet. She loved it but she commented that I did it just because of the joke; just like I knew she would. Took her to the party at the cabin & came back to the house to drop her off. She goes into the bedroom & on the bed is the new phone. Totally caught her off guard &….. Now, I can get away with anything for at least a month! Victory is mine!!!

Intriguing... Still... You should never (ever) pull a practicle joke on your girlfriend/wife. It generally does not end up well (not well at all...). :cort:

You have to wait at least 7 days after the 'incident' to get the full effect. Natural human response: Can't maintain high level of anger towards someone close to you; for extended periods.
