I'm writing a play for extra credit in my drama class, and it's called.... Romeo and Juliet. I'm rewriting the story into modern times, placing it in a semi-gothic setting. Diffrent character names as well. randj.jpg Whadda ya think :naughty:?

Meh, could be intresting except it would be more creative to place it in some more unrelated setting then semi-gothic. Maybe just have it as a generic highschool setting or some such thing.

Multiple people have done rewrites of Romeo and Juliet in various settings. There was a gangland version a while back that was publicized as a book, I forget the name. Gothic, eh? So Juliet's going to cut herself? :p

Stereotypes, eh? It is in a high-school setting. And Pb2Au, i'll have you know that our type of love is often more passionate then other peoples. so dont pass judgements on things you know naught of. Getting my poetic groove on ;)
