Does anyone remember... When we used to be modders....? No we're all sat around like lemons waiting for Rogues to be released.

Totally man, I just posted a thread along these lines about a week or two ago:

Makes me really want to learn new tools for more modern engines. Maybe I Hammer for Source? Or perhaps I should just bite the bullet, get better hardware, and dive into the Unreal 3 or 4 engine?

What kind of stuff did you mod FileTrekker?

What kind of stuff did you mod FileTrekker?

I used to create maps for Star Trek Elite Force / II, mostly. But I also released texture packs, skins, models, and things of that nature. I also did some maps and ships for Star Trek Armada II. Outside of FileFront I've also done some rom hacking on Sonic roms, and made some locomotives for Train Simulator 2013/4. All Q3A engine stuff though so, even though you're Star Wars and I'm Star Trek we do share a lot in common. =p

Unfortunately, as I got older, and the lack of decent hardware to create bigger and more complex maps for newer games, it fell by the wayside. I do want to learn to map or mod a new engine really like you.

Maybe I should spend a bit of time on this. Gonna check your thread out.

Still are really, all week I've been modding Fallout 3, and Skyrim, and Sonic Generations and things.
