For those of you who have little or no social life as a result of the spam forum, I suggest you download this Firefox extension called pageaddict. It will keep track of how much time you spend on any given website, such as the spam forum. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3685/

:( I would have loved something like this for Opera about 2 years ago. Then I could have really seen how much of a time waster I had become.
