What exact combination of coins do I need to carry (American money) to have enough change for any purchase? That is, assuming I have the correct number of bills, I need coins for 1 cent up to 99 cents, using the least number of coins. Thanks in advance.

Billy said to Jaime "I'll trade you this dollar for those two quarters. 'Cause two is more than one!" And they traded.

Billy said to Thomas "I'll trade you these two quarters for three dimes. 'Cause three is more than two!" And they traded.

Billy said to Linda "I'll trade you these three dimes for four nickels! 'Cause four is more than three!" And they traded.

Billy said to Mother "I'll trade you these four nickels for fives pennies! 'Cause fives is more than four!" She strangled his neck and Billy traded no more.
