The original Xbox version was developed by Ubisoft Montreal, who made the original Splinter Cell, Chaos Theory, and most recently Splinter Cell: Conviction.

The Xbox 360 version was developed by Ubisoft Shanghai, who also developed Pandora Tomorrow.

So yeah. They're different.
