I'd have to agree AVG didn't find anything to help me. I'm a recent victim of KOTF and allthough it did remove at least 5 viruses from my computer, It didn't remove the viruses that were causing the crashing and what not. Had to install Norton and it found that the viruses had hid themselves in sprtsvc.exe and sprtcmd.exe. Had to Phisically remove them although my computer still thinks they're there.... But anyway, I'd have to agree AVG is not the best program.

How about every time you recommend AVG, a kitten kills one of the many different versions of god?
