I am tired of having to use my own strength to get myself out of bed. I would like to find gravity so I can ask it to do the work for me. So I ask again, which way was it last seen in?

I think I saw it down there:

I already checked there.
I didn't make it!
I find myself constantly falling to the left, so I can only assume it is that way.

It was neither male nor female. It was cold, like death, but alive and warm at the same time. The light that shone in the darkness surrounding me blinked and faded, and I shut my eyes. The creature was watching me, I could feel it. Its force was pulling me in, against my will, slowly. I was slipping, sliding along the granite floor towards its gaping maw. With all the strength of my mind I dug in my heels, and felt the thing lose its grip. I asked of it, "What is thy name, foul beast?" and a reply gargled from the pitch black, "I am neither dead nor alive. I have power beyond thought and speech. I have been studied, but never been touched. They have attempted to break me and escape, but I have remained constant. My reach extends beyond this world, no creature or object is too small. I will always be here, and I will always have you. You will come to me. You will fall. I am the waiting, I am the watching. I am gravity." I fell away. The darkness surrounded me. I know not where I am now, or why I write this, but you must read it, it is my call for help, my only remains.
Will I ever get out alive?
Put your bed on the ceiling, problem solved.
