winter is in town.

friday I left home to spent the weekend at my girlfriends place. first I was almost rained, snowed and blown to death by the weather. when I finally made it to the train, it was delayed. oh well. then after 2 stations and still 2 tot go, the train stopped for like 20 mins, which already gave me a bad feeling, because a lot of trains in the rest of the country had problems too that day. then It was announced that the train wasnt gonna go anywhere, so I got out, went to the busstation on the other side of the station, (trough knee-deep wet snow, my feet were freezing) to come to the conclusion the busses didnt go because all the roads were full of 850km non-moving traffic jam. back to the train, to take another route. waiting for that train the lights on the station went on/off a few times, and the announcement came that no trains what so ever were gonna go because of a power failure.

no busses/no trains.

called my mom if she could come pick me up after 2 hours of waiting, she couldnt speak to me, because there were firemen in the house, getting rid of the water, turns out the livingroom was flooded. (wooden floor)

called my gf, she couldnt pick me up becoz of the traffic jam.

to make a too long story short. I had to spent fridayafternoon/night and saturdaymorning on a railwaystation.:0wned:
