[disclaimer]This is not a topic designed to incite racial hatred!!![/disclaimer] winkx.gif does it get to anyone else that most of the websites bar TM files and a couple of others are all French! Nadeo's main site for trackmaina has an English part but all the news and extras are only in languages I can't read! it just gets me down! i believe that if more effort was put into a wider promotion of TM not just in a select few "minor" languages it would be far more successful! :uhm:

Well i'll be! I have found a few with translations into English but when you compare the translated page with the orignals there always seems to be far less info! When Sunrise Extreme was announced it was only on Nadeo's French site and no other translations (then) ...

If it's a french game, theres no such thing as "too much" of it.

i never said i didn't like the game being French. I was merely commenting on the fact that there are a larger number of great websites that are primarily in French (and not English)! This means that the vast majority of English speaking players have fewer useful sites to visit! :)

I never claimed you did not like it, my point is if it's a french game then it's not possible theres too much of it, what little information they do have in english you should be grateful.

Thats also a very good reason why the game is vastlty unheard of outsie of Europe! The majority of good infos i am able to pick up has been translated from another language by a fansite. Which i am grateful for! i just feel that there could be alot more! Thats just my point! Am not being ungrateful- but why should people pay for a game and receive less of a service because they speak the wrong language!?

You have yet to pay for the game, no? Well at this point you have lost nothing, I'm sure when the game is released a english version will be released as well.

I never once mentioned i had lost anything or was unhappy withthe actual game yeltongue.gif. That has zero to do with my point, which i feel you have slightly missed! To put it even more simply- I think there should be more English speaking sites (or at least translated) that cater to the game! this IS a largely untapped area and results in many people not even hearing about trackmania! Just check out the poll resluts here!
