Using the "Link Modpack", I tried to add Link to my AOM Game. I used AOMED to extract the data.bar files to a temp folder in the data directory, then I direct converted proto.xmb to an xml and added the "Link's Proto" contents to the end, after the and before something else. I have advanced to the mythic age, built every production building a greek can make, and still couldn't find link anywhere, Please Help!
when you're making a mod, you have a choice to do some extra work and make it appear in the game instead of in the scenario editor only. most people's mods aren't summonable in-game like you're trying to do, because they didn't take the extra time to do it.
I'm new to this, but am willing to do what is needed to change this, if possible.
asking for a lotta work. guess u could do it but u gotta edit tech tree. anyways, u cna placehim on a map in the editor

After reading the Flalme Tower Tutorial, I found out that you have to edit the techtree, so you can get that person in a certain age/civ/culture; the proto twoice, once to add it, the second time to put it in a building. Is that rgiht?
