I load the 3ds file into gmax then run the brg import script and it works but then when I run the brg export script it says quote "--Runtime error: Feature not avaliable: "createFile"" and a part in the script is highlighted "if out_fs == undefined then (" Who knows why its messed up

Hes grounded but he usuually ends up coming some time or another.

I edited a current model (animal bearlaser_attackb) and took off his cape, monkies, and lasers. It might be that i dont have the most current version of the scripts but I dont know where to get them

yeah go there. and for one thing, you shouldn't delete vertices. kebax, i know you said you could if you did in UVW unwrap as well, but it didn't work for me.
