OK, I know nothing about OGG files, or music files in general. However, I have a few various music files I want to use in UT04. So, I apologize if these topics have been beaten to death by other people, but I just got here, in order to ask this stuff. Question the first: What's the best way (i.e. Program) to go about converting MP3s to OGGs? Question the second: How do the OGGs in UT03/4 loop seamlessly? Is it a thing specific to the game (like RPG Maker 2000 used a special way of making MIDs in it loop seamlessly), and if so how do I exploit it?

With UT2004, you don't need to convert anything, the game's compatible with mp3s as well as oggs. If you really want to convert, do a search for dbpoweramp. As for the looping, as far as I know the game does it automatically...

is there a media player that you can use to just stream music on your UT2004 server to players (clients), not as part of a level, just as streaming media from the server??

Don't think so.
