How cheap can I buy a version of photoshop good enough to edit textures easily and make them high quality? Because right now I am using paint:uhoh:

Dont expect to get everything free. Some of the best come @ around $99 to $199.

Jasc Paintshop pro has a free trial. THen you have to pay for the limited time thingy to be lifted and have the full version.
