I really don't understand this but when I played UT2004 the first time it was fine very smooth and everything. But now the day after I got UT. It hitches EVERYWHERE! My settings are at mostly highest and high, 1024x768, and everything checked. What could be the problem? System: AMD Athlon XP 2800+ ABit NF7 Motherboard 512 MB PC3200 RAM GeforceFX 5900XT AGP 8x SoundBlaster Live! 16x DVD-ROM 80GB WD HDD 7200RPM P.S. could overheating be an issue? because a metal bar is blocking one of the fans in the back of my computer. Addition: I just restarted after UT2004 FROZE!! this is the second time today. It just stops and a clinky noise comes from my speakers every now and then when frozen.

you put the settings on high and you block your fan?!? Are you some kind of dumass? Lower the settings and let your fan breathe!
