ITS NOT THE DISC ! This is where it gets worse. I tried intalling it on a friends PC and it works fine ! His PC is half as powerful as what we now have. We have: Pentium 4 (1.8 GHz) Ram: 256M HD: 80G Video G-Force 64M Windows 98 This is what I feel like doing with Microsoft:micro: Frustrated DAD (Now bald and broke)

*** BREAKTHROUGH *** IT WORKS !!! I have spent the last 6 hours going through every posting I can find anywhere on the internet and trying everything again. Problem was in my screen resolution setting within the games options. I found the game would work if I started it by going: - Programs - AOM - Safe Video Within there you can change screen resolution settings to 640x480 rather than the default 1024x680 !! This is crap ! Not one mention about this setting anywhere in the manual. The default shouldnt be that high anyway. A little more information with the error message would have helped too. Well, thanks everyone for sharing my pain. I think my bloody kids have forgotton about the game now to.
