I didn't make it!
So, our school has been allowing our robotics team to run a LAN tournament every month or couple months or so. So far we've done two and both times we've done things pretty simply. To run the server we just used the in-game menu and to record scores we took a screenshot of the final screen. But what we would like to do is get a better server running. Mostly we need to be able to change maps, gametypes, and other settings on the fly so we don't have to make a new server each time we want to change gametypes. We really have no idea how to do this as we've never run a UT server before these LAN tournys. The second thing we want to do is record the player scores at the end of the game into a separate text or html file or some such thing.
Any help would be appreciated.

And i would just use, fraps or something along that lines. unless the game itself has a bindable key for screenshots. For example: Soldier of Fortune2 has the option to bind a key, /bind u "screenshot" is the command. But for Unreal it could be different.
