Will UT2004 run on 803mhz, 512MB of RAM and my NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64 video card? (I doubt it)

If you turn every detail level to its lowest setting and run the game at lowest possible resolution in 16-bit color with Software rendering you should be able to play. It won't be pretty though, to say the least.
