Me and my clan have created a petition to help blizzard relize that if they included a map protector in the world editor, it would help us all. For more details go to http://www.kztech.net/~ringmast/-petition.html . The map protector will alow map creators to put passwords on their maps so everyone will be able to play them, but only people with the password will be able to edit/update them with world editor.

If pop is that big of a deal for you, then mod the units in the map to use lil or no supply, granite it only works for custom games and not the ladder games, i agree that a 90 pop cap is a little low, considering with 3 heros that take 15, then prob about another (at most) 20 peons (less if don't expand, or get a shredder for lumber)for harvesting, leaving a whopping 55 for your force.

Only A LITTLE LOW... I think a lot to low...(That's my Personal opinion).. I think you shoud be able to select the amout of pop. (Iike, from 90 to 250 or so), on the Map selection screen...

i agree...i was working 3 goldmines with 5 wisps/acrolites/peons each...and i had 5 wisps on lumber(only 20 food here just so you fallow)...then i had the hero...that's only 25 if you use resonable math...right?? but still i could build no more then 12 human sorcereses...now using reasonable math, this is totally unfair cause those fraggin hydralisks slaughter me...

i think warcraft 3 is RPG/RTS therefore you dont need very much. i usually play as orc, and i can have 2 heros, plus 11 grunts and 11 trolls. thats 2 sets of 12 units. i may also slaughter my peons to add some heavier units.... or just not use so many trolls etc. its good to have a pop limit because it removes all chances of RUSH tactics. you need to use REAL tactics.

i do use tactics problem is when you have camping neutral hydralisks spawning every 3 hours(game time) and you have to spend 4 game days(aproxomate) cutting into them then that pop of 0 goes to 100 plus their still spawning while your building your force...so unless your enemy(fraggin camping comps who wont even build 1 building cince i cant host b.net games...) so there is no real way to take them out even if you have 2 attack teams...

id use a code cept i dont go to gamewinners.com...and my brother thinks there isn't a nolimit code...
