I'm wanting to use the various creatures that you see on the maps as races in my own map. Ex: golems, wolves, trolls...the whole she-bang. is this mostly programing or is it mostly programing. help would be much appreciated.:bows::bows::bows:

Bladesmithis this mostly programing or is it mostly programing.

it is mostly programing (did I have any other option? ;)) if you want only your races, just edit, e.g., the human race, edit models, speed, fighting, etc. etc... (which I did in my own "races"mod... b├Ęta version downloadable on warraft III files/FT/mods. :) ) if you want to keep the standard races: I never tried it, altough I had the idea, but with some (probably advanced) triggering it should be possible. now that I think of it, you probably could do this by using 1 trigger: one that wants you to choose a race (by typing "human", or "orc", or "wolves" in your chat), so you will get your starting "peasant"(or however it will be called in your race.). then, you'll be only allowed to build the race-only buildings & units.

to get your character to grow above level ten then you have to change the gameplay constants (it's in the settings menu i think), hero max level, and change it to the desired level (after ticking the box that says use custom values)under , and for the inventory, add to your character in the object editor, under abilities, enter "inventory (hero)"
